Ross Campbell (born July 3, 1987 in Galashiels , Scotland ) is a Scottish football player . He has been without a club since mid-2015.

Career

In the 2006/07 season Campbell was appointed to the first team under coach John Collins . On January 15, 2007 he made his league debut in a 2-0 win over FC Kilmarnock . Subsequently, it was rarely used. In the fall of 2008 he was loaned to Dunfermline Athletic in the second Scottish division for two months , but could not prevail there. In the summer of 2009 he left the Hibs and moved to Östersunds FK in the Swedish third division . There he was used eight times. In early 2010 he returned to Scotland, where he was again hired by Dunfermline Athletic. His contract ended after a year. Then he moved to FC Dumbarton in the third Scottish league. There he came to 17 missions in three seasons. After the end of his contract in 2013, he was without a club for a year before FC East Fife signed him . He has been without a club again since mid-2015.

Campbell took part with Scotland's U-20 team in the 2007 World Junior Championship in Canada . There he scored one of only two Scottish goals in the tournament.
