Roy Mitchell

Roy Robert Mitchell (born January 1, 1955 ) is a former British long jumper of Jamaican origin.

At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, he was eliminated in qualification.

In 1978 he won the Commonwealth Games in Edmonton for England . At the European Athletics Championships in Prague he was seventh.

In 1976 and 1978 he was English master outdoors, 1976 indoors. In 1980 he became British champion.
