Ruben Buriani (born March 16, 1955 in Portomaggiore ) is a former Italian football player .
Career
Buriani started his career in the youth team of SPAL Ferrara . In 1974 he came to AC Monza Brianza , where he was under contract for three years. After his time in Monza , he moved to the major Italian club AC Milan . During the time with the Rossoneri, he won the Italian championship title in 1979. In 1982 he moved to AC Cesena , where he laced his football boots for another three years. From 1984 to 1985 he was under contract with AS Roma and from 1985 to 1986 he let his career end with SSC Napoli .
Internationally, Buriani played twice for the Italian national team. He made his debut on February 16, 1980 against Romania in Naples . Another game was to follow. He took part as a substitute player in the 1980 European Football Championship in his home country, but was not used.
