Ruda Pabianicka is a former town that is now part of the Górna district of the central Polish city of Łódź .

history

Ruda Pabianicka was first mentioned in a document in 1470. On February 14, 1923, the place received city rights. From 1939 to 1945 the city was called Litzmannstadt-Erzhausen . In 1945 the city was given the Polish name Ruda Pabianicka.

Waters

The Ner flows through Ruda Pabianicka in a north-north-west direction . South of the center of Ruda Pabianicka, the Ner widens it to a lake approx. 1,100 m long and a maximum of approx. 150 m wide.

Ruda Pabianicka is connected to the Polish rail network via the Łódź – Dębica line. The train station is located on the northeast edge of the district.

Streets

Ruda Pabianicka is connected to the European and Polish trunk road networks via national road 91 ( European route 75 ). In addition, roads 1117E, 1131E, 1138E, 1153E, 1195E, 1211E and 1230E connect Ruda Pabianicka with the Polish road network.
