Rudolf Colm

Rudolf Colm (born December 3, 1952 in Milan ) is an internationally known manager and economist with an Austrian passport.

Rudolf Colm graduated from high school in 1971. He then studied economics at the Luigi Bocconi University of Economics in Milan, where he was awarded a Dr. rer. oec. pole. PhD.

In 1976 Colm began his professional career at the Italian tire and cable manufacturer Pirelli & C. SpA in Milan as a consultant for strategic planning and economic analyzes. From the beginning of 1980 to mid-1983, Colm was in charge of the Planning and Control Department, Finance , at AEG-Telefunken SpA in Milan.

In 1983 Colm moved to Robert Bosch GmbH SpA, Milan, Italy, where he initially worked as the head of the planning and control , reporting , accounting , financing , tax and legal department. From 1988 he was head of economic coordination , finance , organization and coordination. He speaks Italian, German and English, is married and has one child.

After 29 years at Robert Bosch GmbH , he retired at the end of 2012.
