Rudolf Dörre

Rudolf Dörre (born November 11, 1881 in ears as the son of the innkeeper Karl Dörre and Antonia Hietel; † unknown) was a Sudeten German teacher and local researcher .

Dörre studied at the teacher training college in Leitmeritz and after graduation became a teacher in Bodenbach near Tetschen . Since 1908 he collected legends of his homeland, which he published in 1921 and 1924. He also dealt with other areas of local history. He published the results of his work in several publications. He was married to Maria Eschler.
