Rudolf Eppelsheimer

Rudolf Eppelsheimer (born October 15, 1927 in Ansbach , † September 18, 2006 in Munich ) was a German literary scholar and writer.

Life

Eppelsheimer studied German and philosophy, received his doctorate in 1958 from the University of Munich on The tragic basic structure in Goethe's poetry and was a teacher in Munich and academic director at the University of Munich with a teaching position for modern German literature. He wrote poems and novels.
