Rudolf Flach

Rudolf Flach (born March 26, 1884 in Memmingen , † December 18, 1969 in Kempten (Allgäu) ) was a German lawyer.

Career

Flach was President of the Kempten Regional Court from 1938 to 1945 . As an opponent of the Nazi regime, he belonged to the bourgeois Bavarian resistance group around Franz Sperr . After the end of the Second World War , he rebuilt the courts of the district court and, in addition to his work in the administration of justice, was also the presiding judge of a civil chamber. He retired in May 1952.

For many years he was a member of the regional synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria .
