Rudolf Franta

Rudolf Franta (* 1913 ; † 1989 ) was a German administrative lawyer and ministerial official.

Career

In 1938, Franta submitted his doctoral thesis to the Law Faculty of the University of Munich . From 1939 to 1941 he was Gerichtsassessor the Higher Regional Court of Munich, 1941 Judge at the Munich I Regional Court .

After the founding of the Federal Republic of Germany, he was a civil servant in the Federal Ministry of Justice from 1951 to 1975 , most recently with the rank of ministerial conductor . From 1951 to 1953 he was an assistant in Section III 1 (commercial law, corporate and accounting law, cooperative law, unbundling regulations), from 1954 to 1963 he was head of Section III 2 with responsibility for various areas of commercial law, in particular sole traders and partnerships, commercial transactions, freight law , commercial law ancillary laws as well as related international issues, from 1963 to 1966 head of Section III A 1 b with responsibility for the law of corporations and mining law unions, law of commercial books, law of commercial purchases or commercial transactions, maritime trade law, private inland shipping law and international issues, from 1965 to 1969 head of section III A 1 (reform of the law of limited liability companies, harmonization of European company law) and from 1969 to 1975 head of sub-section III A.
