Rudolf Jagusch

Rudolf Jagusch (* 1967 in Bergisch Gladbach ) is a German writer .

Life

Jagusch grew up in the Bergisches Land and studied administration in Cologne . He lives with his family in Sechtem in the foothills. Raised in the country, he loves the simple life, which is often reflected in his stories. After a successful foothill crime series, he discovered the Eifel for himself. In addition to numerous short stories that are set there, he started a new Eifel crime series with the title Eifelbaron about the cult detective and Harley lover “Hotte” Fischbach. Jagusch is a member of the syndicate . In 2008 and 2014 he was a member of the jury for the Friedrich Glauser Prize in the "Short Crime" category, in 2010 in the "Debut crime novel" category, and in 2012 a member of the jury for the Hansjörg Martin Prize .
