The River Hindburn arises north of White Hill from the confluence of the Dale Beck , Middle Gill and Withray Beck , which arise on its northern slope in the Forest of Bowland . The river flows north. At Wray , the Roeburn River flows into the Hindburn River, which then flows into the Wenning River east of Hornby .
