Rudolf Schultz

Rudolf Paul Hermann Schultz , from 1972 Schultz-Matthiesen , (born September 12, 1895 in Stettin , † after 1970) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Live and act

After attending middle school, Schultz trained as a watchmaker and businessman. In 1913 he practiced his profession abroad for a time. In August 1914, on the occasion of the outbreak of the First World War , Schultz joined the Field Artillery Regiment No. 38 as a volunteer. In the further course of the war he was promoted to officer aspirant and lieutenant in the reserve for bravery in the face of the enemy and was awarded the Iron Cross 1st and 2nd class.

In 1920, as a merchant, Schultz became co-owner of a wholesale business. In the further course of the 1920s, Schultz joined the NSDAP.

After the National Socialist " seizure of power ", Schultz became a Prussian State Councilor . In the Reichstag elections on November 12, 1933, he ran for the NSDAP on list position No. 572 of the nomination, but did not enter the Reichstag. In June 1934 he joined the National Socialist Reichstag as a member of the National Socialist Reichstag , in which he represented constituency 3 (Potsdam II) until March 1936 as a replacement for the deceased MP Hermann Voss . He ran again in the Reichstag election in 1936 , but received no more mandate.

At the beginning of the 1970s, Schultz lived in the Schleswig district .
