The Ruhr-Lippe Housing Association is a 1924 based real estate company in North Rhine-Westphalia with headquarters in Dortmund and branches in Dortmund, Castrop-Rauxel , Iserlohn and Soest . The housing stock comprises 22,750 rental apartments in the Ruhr area , in the Soester Börde , in the southern Münsterland and in the Sauerland .
The company's shareholders are the state development company NRW and the German pension insurance company Westphalia . The balance sheet total is around € 768 million. It employs 151 people. Sales in 2005 were € 102 million.
