The Running River is a river in the east of the Australian state of Queensland .
geography
River course
The river rises on the western edge of the Paluma State Forest , west of the Paluma Range National Park and flows to the southwest. About eight kilometers southwest of the settlement Ewan it flows into the Burdekin River .
