Rupert Hoilette

Rupert Hoilette (born June 24, 1946 in Kingston ) is a former Jamaican sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .

In 1963 he won bronze in the 4-by-400-meter relay at the Pan American Games in São Paulo .

At the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1964, he reached the quarter-finals over 400 m.

In 1966 he won silver at the Central America and Caribbean Games over 400 m. At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Kingston he was fourth with the Jamaican 4-by-440-yard relay and was eliminated over 440 yards in the advance.

He set his personal best over 440 yards of 46.6 s (corresponds to 46.3 s over 400 m) in 1966.
