The Rutkowski Glacier is a glacier in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It drains the ice sheet in the northern part of the Dominion Range east of Mount Mills and flows north to the Meyer Desert , where it ends without reaching the Beardmore Glacier .

The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1966 after Richard L. Rutkowski, a meteorologist for the United States Antarctic Research Program at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in 1962.
