The Ruzvat Bridge is a road bridge over the Punj between Afghanistan and Tajikistan at Ruzvat near the city of Kalaikhum. It connects the Darwos district of the Tajik province of Berg-Badachschan and the Darvaz district of the Afghan province of Badachschan .

The suspension bridge with a span of 135 m and a width of 3.5 m can be used by pedestrians and vehicles weighing up to 25 t.

The bridge is almost at the northernmost point of Afghanistan and about 4 km above the confluence of the Obikhumbu at Qalai Chumb , where the Pamir Highway (M 41) leaves the banks of the Punj and heads north through the Obikhumbu valley towards Dushanbe . It should improve the development of the previously inaccessible north of Badachschan.

It was the second of five bridges over the Punj to date, the construction of which was initiated and financed by the Aga Khan Development Network . It was opened on July 6, 2004 by Karim Aga Khan IV , Tajikistan's President Emomalij Rahmon and Afghanistan's Vice President Nematullah Shahrani.

The bridge project, which cost US $ 500,000, also includes a small market on the Tajik side built with British funds, open every Saturday, to which Afghan traders have visa-free access and which will improve supplies to the population on both sides of the river should.
