Ryōsuke Kijima ( Japanese 木 島 良 輔 , Kijima Ryōsuke ; born May 29, 1979 in Chiba Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Kijima learned to play soccer on the school team at Teikyo High School . He signed his first contract in 1998 with the Yokohama Marinos (today: Yokohama F. Marinos). The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2001 he won the J.League Cup with the club . For the club he completed 32 first division games. In 2002 he moved to the second division club Ōita Trinita . In 2002 he was with the club master of the J2 League and rose to the J1 League. For the club he completed 47 games. In 2006 he moved to the second division club Tokyo Verdy . In 2008 he moved to league rivals Roasso Kumamoto . For the club he completed 74 games. In 2010 he moved to third division club FC Machida Zelvia . For the club he completed 31 games. In 2011 he moved to league rivals Matsumoto Yamaga FC . At the end of the 2011 season, the club rose to the J2 League. For the club he completed 31 games. In August 2012, he moved to league rivals Tokyo Verdy. In 2013 he moved to third division team Kamatamare Sanuki . In 2013 he was runner-up with the club in the Japan Football League and was promoted to the J2 League. For the club he completed 109 games. He then played for FC Maruyasu Okazaki (2018) and Kamatamare Sanuki (2019). At the end of 2019, he ended his career as a football player.
