São Clemente de Silvares is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in northern Portugal .

São Clemente de Silvares belongs to the Fafe county in the Braga district . The community had an area of ​​2.5 km² and 573 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

On September 29, 2013, the municipalities of Silvares (São Clemente) and Antime were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Antime e Silvares (São Clemente) .
