São Mamede is a former municipality ( freguesia ) of the Portuguese city ​​of Évora . The community had 1725 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).

On September 29, 2013, the municipalities of São Mamede, Santo Antão and Sé e São Pedro were merged to form the new inner city municipality União das Freguesias de Évora (São Mamede, Sé, São Pedro e Santo Antão) . São Mamede became the official seat of this newly formed community.
