São Paio de Gramaços is a locality and former municipality ( freguesia ) in the Portuguese district ( concelho ) of Oliveira do Hospital . On June 30, 2011 the community had 991 inhabitants on an area of 4.4 km².
In the course of the municipal reorganization of Portugal on September 29, 2013, the municipality of São Paio de Gramaços was merged with Oliveira do Hospital to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Oliveira do Hospital e São Paio de Gramaços . The seat of the new parish was the district town of Oliveira do Hospital.
