The Süddekor GmbH was a manufacturer of decorative papers , release papers and finish foils for furniture and laminate flooring with headquarters in Laichingen in Baden-Wuerttemberg . The company was incorporated into Surteco SE at the end of 2013 . The focus of Süddekor GmbH was on the production of decorative surfaces. Süddekor supplied the national and international wood-based panel industry. Surteco SE in Buttenwiesen is a leading, internationally active specialist in surface technologies.
The enterprise
The company was one of the largest decor producers for furniture and floor surfaces in Germany. In addition to two plants in Laichingen, there was also a printing plant and two impregnation plants in the USA. Süddekor produced decor papers based on the principle of rotogravure printing and manufactured finish foils for decorative surfaces.
