Southwest Piranmaa
The administrative community Südwestpirkanmaa ( Finnish Lounais-Pirkanmaan seutukunta ) is one of six administrative communities ( seutukunta ) in the Finnish landscape of Pirkanmaa . The following two cities and municipalities belong to it :
The municipality of Punkalaidun has belonged to southwestern Piranmaa since January 1st, 2005. On January 1, 2007, Suodenniemi was incorporated into the neighboring municipality of Vammala. At the beginning of 2009, Mouhijärvi , Vammala and Äetsä were merged to form the city of Sastamala .
