Sławomir Fabicki
Sławomir Fabicki (born April 5, 1970 in Warsaw ) is a Polish film director and screenwriter . Fabicki's film career began in 1997 when he made his directorial debut in the short film Wewnętrzny 55 . Fabicki achieved international fame through his Oscar nomination at the 2002 Academy Awards in the category “ Best Short Film ” for A Man Thing . For his film Z Odzysku , he received a nomination for the European Film Awards 2016 in the category “ Best Newcomer Film ”.
