Mount Roth is a 870 m high mountain on the Dufek coast in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . On the northeastern foothills of the Gabbro Hills, it rises 5 km east of Mount Justman .
He was discovered and photographed during the American Byrd Antarctic Expedition (1928–1930). The expedition leader Richard Evelyn Byrd named him after Benjamin Roth (1892-1967), mechanic and envoy of the United States Army on this research trip .
