UAB Koncernas SBA ( SCITUS Bonus Animus "reasonable good spirit") is a Lithuanian group of companies ( the Group ) of the furniture - and textile industry and the real estate industry. The founder, group president and chairman of the board is the entrepreneur Arūnas Martinkevičius . The SBA Group connects Lithuanian companies engaged in the production and trading of furniture and clothing.

In 2004 the company employed over 6,000 people. Over 95% of production is exported to the EU and the USA (over 40 countries in total).

history

The first SBA company was founded in 1990. From 1993 to 1996 SBA bought Lithuanian furniture and textile companies (e.g. Utenos trikotažas etc.) and opened the first trading centers in Lithuania. In 2003 the ERP was introduced. In 2006 a commercial agency was opened in Germany. In 2015 the group achieved a profit of 15.6 million euros.

The SBA Group has received the Baltic Business Award from the Baltic Economic Convention.
