The SC Vier- und Marschlande is a sports club from the southeast of Hamburg . The club was formed in 1999 from the merger of the clubs TSV Kirchwerder and SV Ochsenwerder-Moorfleet and has over 3,000 members.

Soccer

When the club was founded, its first team took over the place of TSV Kirchwerder in the Hansa relay of the Hamburg regional league . There he played for nine years until he was relegated to the district league in 2008. After being promoted again in 2010, the team immediately became champions and was promoted to the Hamburg Oberliga for the first time . After the 2014/15 season , the team was relegated to the state league and was passed through to the district league the following season.

The A-youth of the club played in the 2006-07 season in the U-19 Bundesliga but had to descend again as Table immediately. In the DFB Junior Club Cup , the team reached the quarter-finals in the 2006/07 season and the second round a year later .

The old league was founded in summer 2010 and has since played in Hamburg's top division for over 32 teams (AA01). In 2012, the old league surprisingly became Hamburg champions. In the final, TSV Sasel was beaten 3-1. A year later, the team reached the final of the Otto Hacke Cup , which was lost to TSV Sasel with 1: 2.

Table tennis

Since the early 2000s, the table tennis department of SC Vier- und Marschlande and TSG Bergedorf have formed the table tennis friends Bergedorf / Vier- und Marschlande , or BVM for short. BVM's first men's team returned to the Oberliga Nord in 2012 as champions of the Hamburg League . In 2014 the syndicate was dissolved again and the two clubs are again participating in gaming separately. The SC Vier- und Marschlande now takes part in the game with four men's and one women's teams as well as one boys' and two student teams.
