Sabine Bächle-Scholz (born March 4, 1965 in Rüsselsheim ) is a German politician ( CDU ). She is married and lives in Bischofsheim .

education

Bächle-Scholz graduated from the Maria-Ward-Gymnasium in Mainz in 1984 and then studied social work and social education at the Catholic University of Applied Sciences in Mainz . After passing the diploma examination in 1988, there was a professional recognition year at the Children's Center in Munich in the Clinic for Social Pediatrics. In 1990 she was officially recognized as a qualified social pedagogue, continued training in Montessori curative education and worked in the clinical social service of the Munich Children's Center.

In 1991 Bächle-Scholz moved to the youth welfare office of the city of Mainz . There she was initially head of the Spielmobil. Then she worked in foster care. From 1997 to 2011 she worked in the general social service of the city of Mainz. Her focus was on youth welfare measures.

politics

Bächle-Scholz has been a member of the CDU since 1994. From 1995 to 1999 she was the deputy local chairwoman in Bischofsheim (Mainspitze) . In 1999 she became chairwoman of the community association. She belongs to the CDU executive boards of the Groß-Gerau district and the district association of the CDU South Hesse.

In 1997 she became a member of the Christian Democratic Workforce (CDA). Since 2002 she has been district chairwoman of CDA Groß-Gerau, from 2007 to 2013 she was district chairwoman of CDA Südhessen and since 2013 she has been deputy state chairwoman of CDA Hessen.

In addition, she was elected deputy state chairwoman of the Hessen Women's Union in 2016.

In 1993, Bächle-Scholz became a member of the community council in Bischofsheim for the first time. After the municipal elections in 2016, she was elected chairwoman of the municipal council.

In 1997 she moved into the Groß-Gerau district council, where she has been deputy chairwoman of the CDU district parliamentary group since 2009, of which she is also the spokesperson for social policy.

Bächle-Scholz moved up to the Hessian state parliament on January 1, 2012 . In the state elections on September 22, 2013, she was re-elected as a direct candidate in constituency 47 (Groß-Gerau I).

In the 18th legislative period she was a member of the following committees: Study Commission Migration and Integration in Hesse, Petitions Committee, Social Policy Committee and the State Youth Welfare Committee.

In the current legislative period she is a member of the committees: Education Policy Committee, Committee for Social Affairs and Integration, Committee on Europe. In addition, until it was completed in April 2018, she was chair of the study commission "Education, leave no child behind".

Since August 2012 she has been chairwoman of the workers' group (CDA) of the CDU parliamentary group in Hesse.
