Sabine Kaniber (born August 15, 1983 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Kaniber belonged to FC Bayern Munich from 2000 to 2002 , for which she played 31 games in the Bundesliga and scored one goal. She made her debut for the Bundesliga promoted team on October 15, 2000 (1st matchday) in a 4-1 home win against Sportfreunde Siegen . She scored her only Bundesliga goal in 21 league games on June 10, 2001 (22nd matchday) in a 5-5 draw in the away game against SC 07 Bad Neuenahr with the 1-1 goal in the 17th minute. In her second season she played only ten point games, her last on June 16, 2002 (22nd matchday) in a 3-1 win in the away game against FFC Brauweiler Pulheim .

Many years after the end of her career, she played soccer again; for FC Stern München it was used 13 times in the 2012/13 season and once in the Bayernliga in the 2013/14 season.
