Sabine Ludwigs (born May 6, 1964 in Dortmund ) is a German writer .

Life

Sabine Ludwigs was born in Dortmund and grew up there too. After completing her technical college entrance qualification , she began training as a lawyer and notary assistant. She then worked as a commercial clerk and later as a self-employed clerk. Today she is a freelance writer.

Ludwigs found her way to writing in 2004. Shortly thereafter, she appeared for the first time as an author in a crime anthology. Until around 2010 she only wrote short prose . There were publications in anthologies and audio books at Esslinger Verlag , Herder Verlag , SCM Hänssler Verlag and in BZ , Die Zeit , Saarbrücker Zeitung . Some of her short stories were selected for lectures by the actors Anita Kupsch , Marie-Luise Marjan and Ludger Burmann .

In 2011 Ludwig's first individual publication took place, a short story collection of her previously published crime novels and thrillers. Her debut novel, The Summer with the Strawberry Girl , was published the following year , which was followed by other novels. In the meantime, the author mainly publishes entertainment novels.

In addition to writing, Sabine Ludwigs worked for a small publishing house in Dortmund as an editor and most recently as a press officer. At the moment she is only active as an editor for a few authors and devotes herself primarily to writing.

Ludwigs lives with her family in Lünen .
