Sabou is both a commune ( French commune rurale ) and a department encompassing the same area in the West African state of Burkina Faso , in the Center-Ouest region and in the Boulkiemdé province . The community is divided into the main town and twelve villages. The main town is divided into four sectors. The whole corporation has 45,877 inhabitants.
