Safa Haeri

Safa Haeri (* about 1937 , † 25. October 2016 in Paris ) was an out of the Iran -derived French journalist .

Haeri provided the first independent and private Iranian internet news agency, Iran Press Service . The agency covers most international events from the 1960s and 1970s, including the Vietnam War , the Arab-Israeli Wars , as well as current events since then. With the changes brought about by the Islamic Revolution , the focus of the topics lies in Iran . The news agency works for Agence France-Presse , the London newspaper The Independent and L'Express in Paris.
