Saha-gu ( Korean 사하구 ) is one of the 16 districts of Busan . It is one of the southwestern districts of the city. Literally translated, the name means Lower Sand District . The district borders Sasang-gu , Seo-gu, and Gangseo-gu in a clockwise direction .

Saha-gu consists of eight dong (sub-districts), with all but Dangni-dong and Gupyeong-dong being divided into two or four (Goejeong-dong) further dong. Thus the district has a total of 16 dong.

Kim Tae-seok (김태석) is the district mayor. He belongs to the Deobureo-minju party .
