The sacrament house is located in the church of St. Georg in Dinkelsbühl , a town in the Central Franconian district of Ansbach ( Bavaria ). The tabernacle , as well as the font and the pulpit , the Bauhütte Dinkelsbühler assigned.

The late Gothic stone carving in the form of a monstrance is at the beginning of the northern choir . The stand consists of four statuettes depicting three prophets and Moses . Chalice-bearing angels, small dogs and lions sitting on the bench frame the eight-sided case. The tracery helmet and its four set figures of prophets and saints are late Gothic. The originally wooden top was replaced in 1890 by a stone one with an inserted Man of Sorrows . The stairs (referenced in 1856) are also neo-Gothic .

Benefactor

Behind the stand of the sacrament house is the donor's tablet from 1480 on the pillar. Two angels with monstrances and the kneeling donor couple, the councilor Konrad Kurr and his wife, are shown here.
