Saliou Ciss (born September 15, 1989 in Dakar ) is a Senegalese football player who is currently under contract with SCO Angers . His preferred position is that of left back.

Ciss played for Diambars de Saly in his youth , from where he moved to Tromsø IL in February 2010 . There he made his debut on May 5, 2010 in the Tippeligaen when he was substituted on for the game against Brann Bergen . At Tromsø IL Ciss received a contract until 2014, but in August 2013 he moved to the French Ligue 2 for Valenciennes FC for a transfer fee of 500,000 euros .

In May 2018, Aliou Cissé appointed Ciss to the squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia , but he was injured in a friendly against Luxembourg at the end of May. Adama Mbengue was nominated for him on June 17th .
