Sally Yee (born April 10, 2001 in Suva ) is a table tennis player from Fiji . She participated in the 2016 Olympic Games and the 2016 World Cup.

Career

Sally Yee comes from a table tennis family. Guided by her parents, she started playing table tennis. Her first international success was winning the bronze medal in mixed at the Oceania Championships in 2016. In the same year she qualified for participation in the Olympic Games . At 15 years and 128 days at the start of the tournament, she was the youngest table tennis player here. Already in the preliminary round she was eliminated 4-0 against Offiong Edem (Nigeria).

family

Sally's mother, Harvi Yee, won the Fiji National Championship. Her sister Grace, number 1 in the national rankings in 2018, was part of the Fiji's women's team at the Commonwealth Games.
