Salvador Enríquez
Salvador Enríquez , also known by the nickname El Chavicos , is a retired Mexican soccer player who mostly played in midfield .
career
"Chavicos" Enríquez played in the 1960s and 1970s for the two clubs based in León, Club León and Unión de Curtidores . With the former club he won the Mexican Cup three times and the Supercup twice .
After the Curtidores first rose to the top division (1974), Enríquez, like some of his teammates from the ranks of Club León, moved to city rivals .
Later "Chavicos" Enríquez worked as a football coach and, among other things, looked after the U-20 youth team at Club León.
