Samantha Majendie-Albert (born May 31, 1971 in Montreal , Quebec ) is a Canadian born rider who competes for Jamaica .

She was born Samantha Majendieam to a Jamaican mother. Her father is English and she grew up in Canada and Jamaica. In 1989 she moved to Bassett, England , where she has lived ever since.

Albert represented Jamaica at the 2007 Pan American Games . As a single starter, she competed with Before I Do It at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.

At the 2012 Summer Olympics , she completed the individual eventing competition on Carraig Dubh .

She was married to the multi-sided rider Dag Albert, who represented Sweden at two Olympic Games. The couple have two children. In 2005 they were divorced.
