Samantha Beckinsale
Samantha Jane Beckinsale (born July 23, 1966 in London ) is a British actress .
Life
Beckinsale comes from the first marriage of actor Richard Beckinsale to Margaret Bradley. Her half-sister from her father's second marriage to Judy Loe is the internationally known actress Kate Beckinsale . Samantha Beckinsale attended Matthew Holland School in Selston , Nottinghamshire . In 1986 she was cast as firefighter Kate Stevens in the popular television series London's Burning , which aired on ITV in 1988 . Beckinsale plays almost without exception in television productions. She was married to fellow actor Richard Trinder .
