Samir Osman

Samir Osman (* 1970 ) is a German theater and film actor .

Life

From 1994 to 1998 Samir Osman studied acting at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin .

During his studies he already played at various Berlin theaters, for example at the Maxim Gorki Theater and at the Berlin Workers' Theater . Before completing his studies, he worked for three years at the Schauspielhaus Bochum in 1997 under the direction of Leander Haussmann . Osman also took on roles in film and television during this time. In addition to roles in series such as Balko , Alarm für Cobra 11 or The Clown , he played smaller roles in several films, including Sonnenallee and Angst Eats Seele auf .

Samir Osman has been working as a freelancer since 2000. His main residence is in Berlin. In 2011 he founded the Osman acting agency .
