The collection of decisions of the Bavarian Administrative Court and the Bavarian Constitutional Court is a compilation of legally binding decisions of the Bavarian Administrative Court ( Part I) and the Bavarian Constitutional Court (Part II), which traditionally appear in a joint annual volume .

In the past, decisions by other Bavarian courts were also included in the collection on various occasions, to which the overall title had been supplemented accordingly. This was last the case in 1995 with the decisions of the Bavarian Service Court for judges .

Both parts of the collection are each provided with a directory based on the chronological order of the decisions, including file numbers , an index and a list of laws .

The collection of decisions is published by the Bavarian Administrative Court and published by Verlag J. Schweitzer in Munich as a commission publisher.

The sequence “Abbreviation, old or new series of the collection, volume, number of pages” is specified as the citation for Part I - for example “VGH nF 62, 229” (= Bavarian Administrative Court, new series, volume 62, page 229).

For the second part, the citation does not include the old or new series - for example “VerfGH 62, 113” (= Bavarian Constitutional Court, Volume 62, page 113).
