The Samoilowitsch Nunatak ( Russian Гора Самойловича Gora Samoilowitscha ) is a nunatak in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the Mühlig-Hofmann Mountains it rises near the northern end of the Hamarskaftet .

Cartographers from the Norwegian Polar Institute mapped it using aerial photographs and measurements made by the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960). Soviet scientists carried out another measurement and the naming in 1961. The namesake is the Russian or Soviet polar explorer Rudolf Lasarewitsch Samoilowitsch (1881-1939).
