Samuel Owusu Agyei
Samuel Owusu Agyei is a leading politician in Ghana . In the cabinet under President John Agyekum Kufuor he has been Minister for Public Service Reform since August 1, 2007, succeeding Paa Kwesi Nduom .
Agyei comes from Winneba in the Central Region . In 1975 he completed his Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Wales . He worked as director in the Ministry of Health before moving into the Ghanaian parliament for the first time in the 2004 elections for the constituency of Effutu in the Central Region .
