The Roman Catholic Church of San Isidoro in Zamora , the capital of the province of the same name in the autonomous region of Castile and León in Spain , was built in the 12th century. The Romanesque church is located near the cathedral and the castle.

The St. Isidore of Seville consecrated church since 1688 the seat of the brotherhood Cofradía del Carmen de San Isidoro . Only the north wall of the nave has been preserved from the 12th century, the rest is from the 13th century. The interior was later redesigned in Baroque style and the Espadaña was built in 1801. The single-nave church has a square choir and two arched portals that are unadorned.
