Sancak Kaplan (born May 25, 1982 in Oltu ) is a Turkish football player .
Career
Club career
Sancak Kaplan started his professional football career with the Turkish first division club Malatyaspor . In the first half of his first season he played exclusively for the reserve team. During the winter break he was involved in the squad of the professional team and also came regularly to appearances. In the second season he was only used in the first round in a cup game.
From the second half of the 2003/04 season he was loaned for one and a half seasons to the then first division club Adanaspor .
In the summer of 2005 he moved to Altay Izmir and worked here for two seasons. He then played two seasons for the first division Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor .
For the 2009/10 season he signed the Turkish first division side Kasımpaşa Istanbul . Here he was mostly on the bench in his first season and only made three league games. With his second season he was used regularly. In the summer of 2015, Kasımpaşa had to leave after its expired contract was not renewed.
