Sandra Natal
Sandra Natal (divorced Inoa, second marriage to Khannouchi; * 1961 ) is a former Dominican long-distance runner who specialized in road running. She became known as the trainer of her husband, Khalid Khannouchi , who twice set world records in the marathon .
In 1990 she set a national record in tenth in the Hauts-de-Seine marathon with 2:49:13 h and won the Palermo Marathon. She did not finish the marathon of the World Athletics Championships 1991 in Tokyo.
In 1995 she came in 15th place in the Philadelphia Half Marathon and set the current national record in the half marathon with 1:17:36 h . In ninth place in the Frankfurt Marathon , she improved her national record for this distance to the current mark of 2:46:46 h.
In 1996 she married Khalid Khannouchi, whom she had previously coached. The marriage was divorced in 2010.
