Sandra Reynolds

Sandra Reynolds (born March 4, 1934 ) is a former South African tennis player .

Career

Sandra Reynolds won four titles in tennis doubles at Grand Slam tournaments together with her doubles partner, the South African Renée Schuurman . In 1959 she won the Australian championships in Melbourne and in 1959, 1961 and 1962 the French championships in Paris . In addition, she won the mixed doubles title in Australia in 1959, which she won together with Australian Bob Mark . In Wimbledon she reached her only individual final in 1960, but lost against the Brazilian Maria Bueno 6: 8, 0: 6. From 1959 to 1962 she was in the top ten of the tennis world rankings and achieved her best placement in 1960 with third place.
