Bob Mark
Robert "Bob" Mark (born November 28, 1937 in Albury ; † July 21, 2006 ) was an Australian tennis player .
In his career, Bob Mark won the Australian Championships in men's doubles three times in a row from 1959 to 1961 . He won all titles alongside Rod Laver , with whom he also reached the finals at Wimbledon in 1959 and at the US National Championships in 1960. In 1960 and 1961 he won the mixed doubles competition of the Australian Championships with Sandra Reynolds and the US National Championships with Margaret Court . In singles, the semi-finals in 1959 at the Australian Championships was his best result.
Bob Mark played his only game for the Australian Davis Cup team in the 1959 season . In the game against Cuba he was used in the third individual and clearly won the game in three sets.
