Sanford Limited

Sanford Limited is a large New Zealand fishing company whose operations include catching, processing, storing and marketing seafood and aquaculture products .

The company was founded in 1904 and is based in Tauranga on the northeast coast of the North Island of New Zealand. The company is one of the 50 largest companies in the country and is listed on the New Zealand Exchange . In terms of liability , it is a limited company , which roughly corresponds to a limited partnership without a general partner .

The main fishing areas are the waters of New Zealand. According to its own account, the company tries to manage its fishing grounds carefully.
