The Sangardak is a right tributary of the Surxondaryo in Uzbekistan .
The Sangardak rises in Baisuntau -Gebirgszug. It flows through the mountains in a narrow mountain valley in a predominantly south-easterly direction. Eventually he reaches the lowlands of the Surxondaryo Valley. It flows through this in a south-southeastern direction later in a southerly direction. The Sangardak passes the city of Denov . About 10 km further south it finally joins the Surxondaryo on the right side.
The Sangardak has a length of 114 km. Its catchment area covers 948 km². The mean discharge shortly before reaching the lowlands at the King-Guzar gauge is 15.9 m³ / s. During the snowmelt from April to June, the Sangardak usually has floods .
